On the 26th of January 2019 despite the cold weather all 715 students of our school assembled for the Republic Day Parade 2019. After opening remarks the National Flag was unfurled by our School Treasurer Shri. Gunanand Rayal in the presence of our Esteemed Principal, Vice Principal and Faculty.

Recently our children took part in a few Weekend races to promote, “The Need for Physical Activity”. This is a forgotten trend now-a-days in which everyone is either busy studying or working.
The energy and spirit of children was infectious and uplifting to all present there. The children participated in a variety of activities including Hula-Hoops, Cricket, and volleyball. (more…)
The students of Swami Dayananda Saraswati SCP Inter College recently participated in the Vikaskhand Athletic Championship 2018-19.
The Students even after having no formal training in Athletics were able to compete against established National players and completely rout them winning Laurels for our school. (more…)

India is a party to the UN declaration on the Rights of the Child 1959. Accordingly, it adopted a National Policy on Children in 1974. The policy reaffirmed the constitutional provisions for adequate services to children, both before and after birth and through the period of growth to ensure their full physical, mental and social development. Accordingly, the government is taking action to review the national and state legislation and bring it in line with the provisions of the Convention. (more…)
